Diams.net auto-responders feedback tools, run on your server and allow the fully automated shipment of reply e-mails to you clients. Can be configured to send a different reply based on:

* senders e-mail address (different groups receives different e-mails)
* recipients e-mail address (different e-mail for your support@yourcompany.com and service@yourcompany.com, for example)
* message subject or body keywords
