We present a general description of the outlines of our preliminary project proposal:
In nowadays Computer Vision Pattern Recognition (CVPR) complex technology applications have
strongly progressed due to the exponential growth of computer machines power. This accessible
computer power has enabled us to advance our CVPR algorithms.
This research could be advanced further and integrated into compact composite autonomous systems.
We have developed some most useful ideas on the implementations of these results. Our main goal is
now dedicated to the exploitation of these technologies in the fields transportation and environment.
For launching the proposed project, we are searching partners, which can fit to some of the following
requirements:
Two university institutions will be engaged in advanced RND of CVPR algorithms, in data
processing, analyzing and fitting the models to several realistic cases.
Two commercial companies at two different European countries will carry the several tasks.
They will be in charge of installing the automatic units in various transportation areas, they will
be maintaining the data collection units and in charge of monitoring data integrity and its
transmission to the research analysis centers.
One consulting company which will analyze data and generate feedback to the newly fitted
models yielding optimized performance.
