EINLIPEM goals to creat and access multilingual, multimodal and cooperative of information in
real time to the citizens of municipalities of small-half size of the Union.
The realization of this project, thinks about by means of the interaction of
entities of diverse European states, so that the project supposes an approach
among the diverse countries of the Union.
Primary objectives of EINLIPEM will be:
To facilitate the environment of the municipal officials' work, to provide
information to their fellow citizens.
To create a European net of municipal aptitude in the environment of the
information, with the participation of public, private agents and final users.
To execute a sensitizing, extended to all the Union, so that you obtain a great
involvement of the city councils in the project.
Once made a will and validated the developed systems, to study the potential
transfer from the technology to other environments of application of the
administrations.
To develop technologies and applications fully incorporate and integrated in the
infrastructures of services of the city council, with later extension to other
structures of more extension, as well as in the work environment and the
managerial processes.
To create new interaction forms among people, the SMEs
and the information in the daily life, as well as high-priority political
questions as the employment, the competitiveness (mainly of the SME), the
equality of opportunities, the social cohesion in the society of the
information.
