Diams Networks is one of the pioneers who applies the most advanced techniques and internet programming languages and databases (XML, SQL, JAVA, Java servelets, etc..) , for the realisation of systems which has a universal philosophy similar to OCEAN.
Indeed, any project, called PROJECT, having as an objective the transfer and exhange of information among users working in the same area will be composed by the same kind of components adding, eventually, some others, regarding special calculations, extrapolation or other algorithmes, components.

Your project PROJECT then will have the following stucture:

1. The directory (registration) component;
   Provide mechanisms for the insertion of user information and pointers to web pages into the PROJECT database.with the necessary membership approvement procedures; Members personal account and their information management; Registered members provide their on-line information to the PROJECT network under the form of web pages documents read by the PROJECT Harvester
2. The Harvester component;
   (a Java programme) which has a goal to, on a regular time basis, parse the pmembers web pages where all corrosion information is supplied in a standard format unique for all members;
   In other words, iterate through a set of web pages, extract the meta tag information that is relevant to corrosion, and record the information obtained in the PROJECT database; Simple, indexed or erecursive are the parsing Harvester modes.
3. The Dictionary component;
   Provides a multi-lingual dictionary of PROJECT area terminology. Provides, to users, help to define their search queries using words, expressions and terms and a managerial mechanism for the addition and balloting of new terms;
4. The Search / query component;
   Which provides to the system users the possibility to, via a Web-based mechanism, to allow users to search the database of PROJECT area-related information that has been assembled by the PROJECT Harvester or to redirect them to links containing the requested information.
5. The Toolset component;
   Which provides help and support for new users to incorporate, according to the ocean standard predefined format, PROJECT meta tags in their area information web pages and to connect them to the PROJECT Server.
6. The calculation/prediction or extrapollation component
   Which using calculation mathematical formulas, mathematical modelling and prediction algorithms, extrapolation algorithmes, etc.. may furnish additional information.
