  • SUPPORT (AFTER SALES)

    The provision of after-sales support is one of the major fields of action for DIAMS Networks and it is materialised in two levels.

    First Level of Support
    This is available to all existing users of CS Information Systems through a Direct Assistance Telephone Line. Customers have the right to use the line in order to access a pool of offered services such as:
  • Answering technical questions and providing assistance related to the use of application software
  • Indicating possible defections and bugs during usage of CS’s applications
  • Providing special instructions for temporary dealing with unexpected technical problems (walk around).


  • Second Level of Support
    In situations where software or other technical problems can not be dealt by phone through the Direct Assistance Line, expert technicians of DIAMS networks undertake to provide the needed solution by visiting the customer and examining the installed Information System. After the problem is solved, follows an extensive check-up of all related data and analytical presentation of the situation in a special company document. The report that is constructed consists of the problem’s nature, the methodology that was adopted to track it and the relevant procedures followed to restore normal function of the system. This feedback of information is a useful tool for DIAMS Networks for revision and continuous improvement of its Information Systems.
